SBI donates ambulance to hospital

The State Bank of India donated an ambulance to Saint Louise Hospital in Krishnagiri recently.

CSR initiative

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, the bank donated the ambulance worth Rs. 10 lakh to the hospital on behalf of the SBI’s main branch in Krishnagiri. The key was handed over to the hospital administrator F.S.M. Sowmya by M. Vijaykumar, regional manager, State Bank of India’s Regional Business Office (RBO) V, functioning under the Chennai Zone I.

H. Devaraj, chief manager, Administration of SBI’s RBO V, and N. Arumugam, chief manager, Krishnagiri main branch, were present. During the last financial year, the bank donated ceiling fans, Reverse Osmosis plants and solar lamps to schools located in villages around Krishnagiri
